SEO Reporting Cost Calculator at your client count

Reporting tools charge per client, per dashboard or per data source, so the cheapest tool at 5 clients is rarely the cheapest at 50. Enter your numbers and see each tool’s published price side by side.

Clients with several branches count each branch.

E.g. Search Console, GA4, Business Profile = 3. Used for per-source pricing.

Monthly cost at 25 clients

Published prices in USD, lowest billing shown (mostly annual). Cheapest first.

What a price comparison leaves out

Features differ
Tools built for full-service agencies cover paid ads, social and email. Regenious covers local SEO: Business Profile, Search Console, GA4, Bing and website health — and has no rank tracking. Compare the reports you actually send.
Add-ons and limits
Rank tracking, AI credits, extra users or data sources can be extra on some tools. Check what your report needs on each pricing page.
Discounts and currency
Some vendors offer volume pricing through sales or charge in EUR in Europe. The calculator uses the published USD list price.
Your time
Connecting clients, building templates and checking data takes time on any tool. Count it with your own numbers during a free trial.

Before you switch

Six things to check in any reporting tool

  1. Price at the client count you expect in 12 months, not today.

  2. How the bill grows: per client, per dashboard, per data source or per plan.

  3. Whether the reports you send today can be rebuilt — and who does it.

  4. White-label: your logo, colours and domain, and the vendor’s name removed.

  5. Client access: can clients sign in and see only their own results?

  6. The contract: monthly or annual only, and how to export your data if you leave.

Questions about reporting tool prices

Where do the competitor prices come from?

From each vendor’s own pricing page, read on 23 Oct 2026, in USD. Where a vendor shows several billing options we use the lowest published one, which is usually annual billing. Prices change — the links below each price open the vendor’s page.

Why is one price marked “from”?

DashThis publishes fixed plans up to 25 dashboards. Above that its Standard plan starts at $429 a month (billed yearly) and the number of dashboards is set on a slider, so we show the starting price.

What is a data source?

One connected account, such as one client’s Search Console property or GA4 property. Swydo charges by data sources, so the calculator multiplies your clients by the sources per client you enter.

How is the Regenious price worked out?

From the live plans on our pricing page: the cheapest plan that takes your number of clients, billed yearly, plus any business locations over the plan’s included ones at the plan’s price per extra location.

Does a cheaper tool mean a better choice?

No. Pick the tool that reports what your clients pay you for. If most of your work is paid ads or social, a broader tool can be worth more. If it is local SEO, compare the Business Profile and website reporting side by side in free trials.
