Who is this for?
Local SEO agencies, freelancers and in-house teams who look after many websites or many business locations and need to report on them every month without copying numbers by hand.
Which data sources are supported?
Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile and Bing Webmaster Tools, plus IndexNow for Bing and others. Website health (uptime, SSL, page speed and site audit) is built in.
Can my clients see the dashboards?
Yes. Share branded PDF reports and expiring share links on every plan. On plans with the client portal, clients sign in with an email link to see their read-only dashboards, shared reports and content waiting for their approval.
Can I remove your branding?
Yes. Every agency sets its own logo, colours and fonts. On plans with white-label, our name is removed from reports and share pages entirely.
Plans & billing
Is there a free trial?
Plans that show a free-trial badge on the pricing page start with a trial — your workspace is ready immediately. Plans without a trial are activated as soon as we confirm your payment.
How do I pay?
Pay by card through our payment partner Paddle, or choose another payment method shown at signup and upload your payment proof — we activate your workspace once it is verified.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you pay by card, change your plan or billing period yourself under Billing — you pay or get credit for the difference straight away. Otherwise contact support and we will move you. Downgrading never deletes your data.
What counts as a client or a location?
A client is a business you report on. Locations are its branches; archived clients do not count toward your limit.
Google data & security
What Google data do you access, and can you change anything in my accounts?
Search Console and Analytics are read-only: we never change anything there. Business Profile access is requested separately and only if you choose to connect it. On Business Profile we publish only the review replies and posts your team chooses to publish, and edit or delete only those posts when your team asks.
Do you sell or share my clients’ data?
No. Google data is used only to show your dashboards and reports. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnecting a Google account stops all access. You can ask for your whole workspace to be deleted at any time — see the data deletion page.
