Step 1. Disconnect Google in the app
Open your workspace → Integrations → choose the Google account → Disconnect. Syncing stops at once, our access is revoked at Google and the stored tokens are deleted. (Needs the “Disconnect accounts” permission; the workspace owner always has it.)
Step 2. Revoke access in your Google Account
Any Google user can also remove our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions → select Regenious → Delete all connections.
Step 3. Export or delete in the app
The workspace owner can download everything at any time: Data & account → Export all data (a ZIP of CSV files, report PDFs and logos). One client is removed with its data under the client's Settings → Delete client → “Also delete all of its data permanently”. The whole workspace is removed under Data & account → Delete workspace: it closes at once and all data and files are deleted after 30 days (it can be restored until then from the emailed link).
Step 4. Or ask us to delete your data
Email privacy@regenious.com from the address on the account, with your workspace address (for example
youragency.regenious.com) and what should be deleted: the imported Google data, one client, or the whole workspace.
What happens after a request
- We confirm the request by email within 3 business days. To protect you, we only act on requests from the workspace owner’s email address or after verifying identity.
- We delete the requested data — Google performance data, tokens, reports, PDF files, uploaded logos and account data — from our live systems within 30 days.
- Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- We may keep invoices and records we must keep by law, and a minimal note that the deletion was done.
Data added by an agency
If an agency added your business to its workspace, it controls that data. Ask the agency first; if you cannot reach them, email us and we will forward your request and help them complete it.
