1. In short
- Agencies you refer get 10% off every payment and keep the price they first paid.
- You earn 15% of every payment they make in their first 6 months (a yearly payment counts in full).
- Commission is payable 14 days after each payment and paid out from $50.
- No paid ads on our name, no spam, no self-referrals.
2. Joining
Anyone can apply. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. Your referral link and code work only after we approve you. You sign in to your partner dashboard with an email link sent to the address you applied with.
3. What counts as a referral
- A new agency that creates a Regenious workspace after clicking your link, or that types your code on the signup form.
- Your link is remembered in the visitor’s browser for 90 days. If they click another partner’s link later, the later link counts.
- A referral can’t be added to a workspace after it was created, and doesn’t count for an email that already had a workspace with us.
- You can’t refer yourself: a signup with your own email is refused, and signups from your own company are checked by our team.
4. The agency’s discount
A referred agency pays 10% less on every payment (card or bank transfer) for as long as its subscription runs. It keeps renewing at the price it first paid, even if our list prices rise. If it moves to another plan, the discount carries over and the new plan’s price on that day is kept. You may tell people about this discount; you may not promise any other discount.
5. Commission
- You earn 15% of each payment we actually receive from the referred agency in the 6 months after its first payment, without tax.
- A yearly plan paid in that time earns 15% of the whole yearly payment. Plan changes and extra locations paid in that time count too.
- Payments after the 6 months don’t earn commission. The agency keeps its discount.
- The rates of a referral are fixed when the agency signs up; later changes to these terms don’t change them.
- Your dashboard shows every commission as it comes in.
6. Payouts
- Each commission is on hold for 14 days (our refund window), then ready.
- When at least $50 is ready we pay it by JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or Payoneer, into the account in your dashboard. Smaller amounts wait for the next payout.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. Transfer fees of your bank or wallet are yours.
- We can’t pay into an account that is missing or wrong; please keep it up to date.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
No commission is earned on a payment that is refunded or charged back. If that commission was already paid to you, the same amount comes off your next payout.
8. What isn’t allowed
- Paid search ads that use the Regenious name or misspellings of it.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk email or messages, or posting your link where it isn’t welcome.
- Pretending to be Regenious, or making claims about the product or discounts that aren’t true.
- Signing up yourself, your own company or fake accounts with your code.
Commission from referrals that break these rules is not paid.
9. Pausing and ending
We may pause or end your partnership if these rules are broken. While paused, your link gives new signups no discount and new payments earn no commission; commission already earned honestly stays yours. You can leave at any time by writing to us. Agencies you referred keep their discount.
10. Your data
We keep your name, email, website, application answers and payout account (stored encrypted) to run the program, as described in our privacy policy. You see referred agencies only by a shortened name, never their details.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. We’ll email partners at least 14 days before a change that lowers what they earn.
