Refund policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

We want you to be happy with Regenious. If it isn't right for your agency, you can get your money back within 14 days of any payment.

1. In short

  • Full refund if you ask within 14 days of a payment — your first payment and every renewal (monthly or yearly).
  • No questions asked, no need to explain why.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. The 14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of a payment within 14 days of the date it was made. This applies to the first payment of a plan, to every renewal, to plan upgrades (the amount charged for the upgrade) and to one-off (lifetime) plans. The 14 days start on the payment date shown on your invoice.

After 14 days a payment is not refundable, except where the law requires it (see section 8). If you no longer need the service, cancel before the next renewal date and you won't be charged again.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email support@regenious.com from the email address of your workspace owner, with your workspace name and the invoice number (or the date and amount of the payment). We reply within 2 business days.

If you paid by card you can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, using the email address of the receipt.

4. Card payments (Paddle)

Card and online payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record: the charge on your statement comes from Paddle, and Paddle issues the refund. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms also apply to these payments.

5. Bank transfer payments

If you paid by bank transfer or another manual method (with a payment proof), the same 14-day rule applies. We send the refund to the same bank account it came from within 7–10 business days of approving it. We may ask you to confirm the account details; bank charges of the transfer, if any, are deducted.

6. What happens after a refund

  • When we refund a subscription payment we also cancel that subscription, so you are not charged again and the paid access for the refunded period ends.
  • If only an upgrade is refunded, the workspace goes back to the plan it was on before.
  • Your data is not deleted by a refund. You can export it, choose a plan again, or ask us to delete it as described on the data deletion page.

7. What is not covered

  • Payments more than 14 days old (cancel before the next renewal instead).
  • Accounts closed by us for serious or repeated breaches of the terms of service, such as fraud or abuse.
  • Repeated refund requests for the same workspace intended to use the service without paying.

8. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law gives you more — for example a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase — the law applies.
