1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Regenious (“we”, “us”), the operator of Regeniousat regenious.com. If you accept them for a company or agency, you confirm that you may bind that organisation, and “you” means that organisation. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data and is part of these terms.
2. The service
Regenious is a web application for SEO agencies. It connects to data sources you authorise — such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Business Profile — and shows that data in dashboards, monitors page indexing and creates branded reports. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or remove features; if we remove a major paid feature we will tell you in advance.
3. Accounts and security
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, for the team members you invite and the roles you give them.
- Keep passwords and two-factor devices safe, and tell us at once at support@regenious.com if you think your account was misused.
- You must be at least 16 years old and use the service for business purposes.
4. Google and other third-party data
- You may only connect accounts and properties that you own or are authorised to access, and only for clients who have agreed to it.
- Your use of Google data through Regenious must also follow Google’s own terms, including the Google Terms of Service.
- Third-party services can change, limit or stop their APIs. We are not responsible for data that a third party does not provide, delays it or reports incorrectly, but we will tell you about problems we detect.
- You can disconnect a data source at any time; we then stop accessing it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- access data of other workspaces, probe, scan or test the service’s security without our written permission;
- overload the service, scrape it, or get around plan limits, rate limits or access controls;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- resell or provide the service to others except to your own clients as part of your agency work;
- use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We may suspend access that breaks this section, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
6. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the data and content you put into or connect to Regenious (“your content”). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. You can export your reports and tables at any time.
For personal data in your content (your clients, their contacts, your team) you are the controller and we process it on your behalf under our data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
We own the service itself, its software and design. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
7. Plans, payment and limits
- Prices, limits (clients, locations, team seats, indexed URLs) and included features are shown when you choose a plan.
- Card and online payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record for those orders; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to them. Local customers may pay by bank transfer instead.
- Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are paid in advance. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as described in our refund policy.
- If a payment fails we may limit the workspace to read-only after a grace period. Downgrading never deletes your data, but features over the new plan’s limits may stop working.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase for your plan.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep Regenious available and your data safe, including regular backups, but the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Support is available by email at support@regenious.com.
9. Cancellation and termination
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or do not pay.
- The workspace owner can export all data at any time (Data & account → Export all data) and delete the workspace in the app. A deleted workspace closes at once and its data is deleted after 30 days, as described in the privacy policy and on the data deletion page.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SEO results depend on search engines and many other factors; we do not promise any ranking, traffic or business result. Reports are based on the data the connected services provide.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if they cannot be resolved, they will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, email workspace owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
